Mr. X has diagnosed positive tuberculosis after being declared on BTA examination (examination of sputum by microscopic) and shown to be BTA positive. After that, Mr. X was taken to hospital had experienced cough with phlegm for 3 weeks or more, bloody sputum, coughing up blood, shortness of breath chest pain, body weakness, decreased appetite, weight loss, fever, fever of more than month. Mr X treated in hospital more than 2 weeks. After the doctor feels he has begin to recover, he allows him to go home and undergoing drug therapy for 6 months with regular for his health returned as before.

IP#1 Give albumin therapy 1 x 24 hours 500 ml. and recommend that patients wear lotion Handbody. P#2 Weight loss associated with nutritional deficiencies and decreased appetite. IP#2 Given oral nutrition and if not possible to be given orally then given through the NGT. P#3 Shortness of breath associated with the presence of mucus in the airway. IP#3 Give semifowler and give oxygen. EP# Patients say the perceived symptoms reduced.

TUBERCULOSIS
Mr. M suffered from tuberculosis since three months ago. The disease is known after he was taken to the hospital because of cough for three weeks . Mr. M felt shortness of breath and easily tired. Sometimes he also experienced coughing up blood. She was feeling pain in his chest. At the hospital getting treatment for two weeks. After his condition improved Mr. M is allowed to go home but she must take medication regularly for the disease is cured to perfection.
