Baltimore Police Arrest Robbery Suspect

February 17, 2012 / Baltimore, Md Baltimore Police have arrested Cedric Scott, 38, and charged him with a robbery that occurred Thursday afternoon in northwest Baltimore. On February 16, 2012, at 1:45 pm, officers responded to a holdup alarm at the Rite Aid store, located in the 4600 block of W. Northern Parkway. When officers arrived, they observed Cedric Scott running from the location in a parking lot. After a brief struggle, officers were able arrest Mr. Scott. Detectives were called to the scene and recovered a handgun along with money that was taken during the robbery. Cedric Scott has been charged with robbery, assault, and theft. He is being held at the Central Booking and Intake Facility.
