ABSTRACT

The future communication systems is growing rapidly. Ranging from wired communications to wireless communications. One of the communication cable for data communication media is a technology Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL). In accessing the internet, there are two processes, namely the speed of download speed and upload speed. At the time of the user accessing the internet on the server with the distance and time (hour and date / day) can experience the speed difference. By doing a test Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) the relation of time to download and upload speeds have inconsistent access speeds for the time clock, and for a time by the date / day and the distance there was no difference in the speed of download and upload. In the regression analysis of the relation between the distance with the speed of download and upload, the greater the distance the server then the speed of download / upload gets smaller, and conversely the closer the server is the speed of download / upload bigger. The correlation relation between the distance to the download and upload speeds average levels of relation is the correlation value of 0.50.
