    1. Experience feelings of learning The first month in Taiwan, I have learnt much more from the tour around the factory, plants rather than from documents. I had a lot of travels to visit and had taught some lectures, by them, I can know thoroughly about machines, equipment, sintering process In Taiwan, I can practice Chinese everywhere, every time so I feel I learn Chinese so quickly. 2. Work of concepts and mental about you learning here Sintering process Sintering plants: mixer, crusher, pot like bed Thermoelectricity power plant Sinter pot test Lime kiln and lime process Labor safety Waste water treatment, waste gas treatment. In our office, I read a lot of documents and when I had any questions I was explained clearly by my co-workers. In there, I can learn their positive work attitude and how design a suitable plan. 3. Self examination I learn Chinese by myself every day. I read some books about sintering process, sinter properties and what

    effects on quality of sinter product. I am studying about I.S.O 3082, I.S.O 4695 and I.S.O 4696 4. Suggestion The time in factory and plant is very short so when I see something what I havent seen yet, I cannot seize the essence of the matter. I want to have enough documents before going to the plant in order to understand the machine and process thoroughly. I think I should have a Chinese teacher. I can study by myself vocabulary but the grammar is difficult and I do not know how to write Chinese words.
