    With reference to above mentioned letter Dated February, 9
    th
    2012, We want to clarify the some
    points under the heading of Scope of Work and Prices as you have mentioned in your above mentioned
    contract.
    In case, we complete only first layer of access road and structure pads, as you did not assure us
    about second layer of access road and structure pads our revised rates will be as follows for sub grade and
    first layer works
    Access Road = 22000/Km
    Structure Pads 7000/Each
    Further, all arrangements for site test and laboratory technician will be done by WAQAS ANAYAT
    ULLAH EST, but all the charges whatsoever will be paid by M/S KEC in their own account.
    In addition, if the material will not available on site or near by the site, in these circumstances the
    cost of purchasing the material will be charged to M/S KEC as accordingly,
