Method y Whisk the flour, eggs and 50ml of the milk in a large mixing bowl. y Once all the flour is incorporated, beat until you have a smooth thick paste. y Add the rest of the milk gradually until you have a batter that has the consistency of slightly thick cream. y Leave the batter too stand for around 30 minutes.
Cooking y Pour some of the batter into a preheated and lightly oiled pan. y Depending on the desired thickness of your pancakes, it should take 30 seconds to one minute on each side to cook. y Flavour with lemon and sugar if desired.
