LOMIBAO as Councilor to the University Student Council of the University of the Philippines Manila To Whom This May Concern: I formally endorse to all university students, supporters and parties of Mr. Lomibao my official endorsement and full support to his candidature as USC Councilor. Mr. Lomibao is the founding Secretary General of the Alliance of Young Health Advocates Philippines (AYHA), one of the sister organizations of the Alliance of Young Nurse Leaders & Advocates International Inc. AYHA is a youth-led organization working health promotion, health policy reform and increasing access to healthcare by the young people. Mr. Lomibao has been with AYHA from its inception until now. I have known Mr. Lomibao personally and have witnessed his development as a leader a genuine, compassionate and noble one and a leader that thinks of the people before him, and sets his personal interests the last. His accolades and reputation precedes him and his personality attracts people and heeds to his wisdom. He also doesnt just show his leadership prowess within the walls of the University but also in the national arena addressing a greater concern of the country. It is for this reason that I did not hesitate in giving him and his party my support and endorsement to the position he so deserves. Voting for Mr. Lomibao is also voting for the rights he has been fighting for social justice, health equity and human rights.
