Letter of Recommendation for Imani Layssard: Imani Layssard labored steadily and purposely to complete her English course. She never complained or shied away from moving the work forward and made immense progress in her ability to communicate orally and in writing. Whatever it took, she continued to problem solve, practice, and view learning as a positive experience enabling her to reach an outcome through organization, and control of her written work. Imani embodies a strong work ethic because of her ability for self direction, self assessment, and self management. Even when given feedback on assignments, she continued monitoring her performance, displaying responsibility, and exerting effort towards completion. Whatever her future profession, Imani has the ability to go beyond what the situation requires.
