NOTICE REGARDING REDACTED DOCUMENTS The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in its corporate capacity (FDIC-C) filed a brief on Friday, February 17, 2012, stating that it was still reviewing certain documents that were produced by Defendants in redacted form. The FDIC-C has now completed that review and has informed Plaintiff and Defendants that it will not object to the release of the unredacted versions of those documents to Plaintiff.
