March 1st Ward 14 Tremont Community Development Services Dear Ward 14 Tremont Resident, This letter is to invite you to a public meeting to discuss community development services for the Ward 14 Tremont area. The meeting details are as follows: When: 6:00 pm Thursday, March 1, 2012 Where: Community Care Network, 3146 Scranton (enter off of Prame Ave.) What: Discussion of community issues, needs and services Please join me along with Cory Riordan, the new Executive Director of the Tremont West Development Corporation (TWDC), as well as block club members, leaders, businesspersons and others interested in working together to better our community. Our agenda will include introductions by participants and a discussion of issues of concern; a review of the current scope of services being performed by TWDC and some historical funding and budget information; as well as services available from the City of Cleveland and other area non-profits and faith-based organizations. Community development service issues expected to be discussed include housing and commercial issues, code enforcement, nuisance issues such as graffiti and vacant properties, and other issues important to area residents.
