Join us in our Studio on Thursday evenings for a community-based Hula Hoop Jam anytime between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. **Bold Print denotes new classes or class changes!

The "Smiley Face" on the schedule denotes family friendly classes. Children who are ages 8 and over are welcome in these classes with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
