We have received and processed your 2011 Archdiocese Allocation Appeal which your Parish forwarded on March 04, 2011. Based on our calculations (copy attached) your appeal has been approved and your 2011 Archdiocese Allocation has been reduced from $46,068 to $36,972, a reduction of $9,096. By a copy of this letter we are advising the Archdiocese Accounting office to make the necessary changes to your account. These changes should be reflected in your next statement from the Archdiocese. Please ensure that payments are made to the Archdiocese on a timely basis.
