Jim , From what I have seen on other Deepwater rigs TOI should be sending in at lease these daily reports. 1) Their Morning reports 2) IADC reports sent in monthly. 3) Sub sea reports 4) Maintenance Reports 5) Marine daily reports 6) POB List 7) In Hurricane season preparation and evacuation times. 8) Mud reports 9) ROV dive reports. 10) Incidents I accident reports if any 11) After noon up date reports 12) Boat and helico pter logistics which is supplied by BP. Negative Testing

Walter In addition to gathering data regarding the Negative testing. Could yo u also determine if we have a Negative Testing Procedure or Design Standard contained with in any of our policy, procedure or ETP documents - or anywhere else you may think it could be.

Could you please have look at the data req uests w e have submitted to TOI. Could you also try to list from your knowledge what reports the TOI offshore team send in on a daily basis (Maorning reports I Maintenance Reports I Afternoon Reports etc) so that we can make a request for this information .
