I have worked with Kaely in my position as principal of Collins Elementary School in the Forest Hills Public Schools District from August 2011 December 2011. She is a very positive, competent, and motivated teacher in our 2nd grade general education classroom. Ms. Jordan has done a tremendous job of challenging and educating her students. She has high expectations and a very respectful rapport with her students. She does an excellent job in establishing her routines and procedures in the classroom. She also demonstrates an ability to manage the classroom with respect and care. She has shown her ability to vary her teaching methodology for various instructional tasks. She has collaborated extremely well with her grade level, special education, and other staff from across grade levels. She has also attended staff meetings and our student referral team. She participated in parent teacher conferences and other parent meetings. She worked very well with Jenell Spindle in differentiating instruction for all students. Her ability to connect with her students, staff and parents are excellent. She has fantastic written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized and reliable. Kaely can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She accomplishes these tasks with great initiative and with a very positive attitude.
