REVIEW OF SYSTEMS

In general the patient manifests a change in weight and appetite. He also has chills, fever, night sweats for 2 consecutive weeks. The patient also shows signs of fatigue and tiredness as shown by the decrease in his bodily movement.

Skin rashes or rose spots are seen on the abdominal surface. Dizziness and headache has been his usual complains and this affect his mood. He is also experiencing abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, vomiting and has not defecated for the past four days.

There is a decreased range of motion and loss of strength compared to that of his normal activities prior to the onset of his disease. Joint pain especially on his knees and elbows are also noted.

Hematologic laboratory results shows that the patient have anemia, leukocytosis and increase in his lymphocyte count.
