All new customer info is sent to us by secured fax Customer choose password or it defaults to EIN number The Company does not have online access to CPNI, only telephone access, password must be provided first. All information is stored on password protected internal database which is not linked to an outside server and has no internet connection All data is archived every 6 months on a hard drive that is password protected and has no internet connection No credit card information is stored on site All employees are trained in the CPNI procedures
