Stevenson & Hunt meeting room 251 Dundas Street, London, On Tai Chi Qigong is an effective exercise for health improving exibility and posture, strength and balance, and the integration of body, mind and spirit. For adult beginners and up (except pregnant women).
MANDY HUANG (Li-Ching) immigrated from
Taiwan to Canada in 1996. She has been a Tai Chi Qi Gong instructor for over ten years.
