Notice for Advertising & Communication Management Students: Sec A & B C1 Continuous Evaluation: Group + Individual Assignment: Web Site Based
Objectives of Assignment: 1. To understand advertisig agency organization, hierarchy and its Functioning, key people involved, growth, success stories 2. Analysis of Advertising created by agency (Any Media) 3. To understand Ad.Agency web site communication effectiveness and its features Group of three students will work on this assigment. You will be alloted advertisng agency name on which report is to be made. Study and Analyze following areas of Ad.Agency. (Following areas need to be covered fully. Apart from following; you can take up any other area of your interest also).

Individual analysis needs to be done on following three areas. (One area per student)
a) Your understandig of ad agency organization, hierarchy, departments and its

functioning, growth, key people, brands associated with. b) Analysis of advertising created by them considering theoritical concepts of communication (You must put analyzed ad.in submitted CD) c) Analysis of web site effectiveness as a communication tool - uniqueness, technology, client listing, success stories, awards etc. Common question: If you as a marketing team have to take a decision for selecting advertising agency for your campaign, would you select the studied ad.agency and why? Individual level- Two pages analysis on specific one area mentioned above. Any repeatation of same area (within a group or otherwise) would be given zero marks. All references, source of information must be mentioned. Group need to submit one report in physical form containing not more than 10 pages alongwith CD consisting of maximum 3 advertisements done by that agency (TVC + digital/other medias). Reports need to be submitted to CRs. Negative marks would be awarded for the late submission. Report submission last date 23RD Dec 11.Late submission would be awarded negative marking.
