You can download this form by going to the link in the Resources tab called Board of Directors
Word File. Insert the names for your chapter and then save the document to a separate folder
under Grants in Dropbox called Board of Directors. Then when you need to insert the Board of
Directors into a proposal you can pull the file up and cut and past into either a paper file or
directly into an online dialogue box.
