Denver, CO 80203 Senior Programmer Contractor I was hired to convert the Alpine Oracle Database to the MS SQL server platform. Once that was complete, I was kept on to perform MSSQL reporting using mainly Avaya CMS and minor PERL and Java development. I worked closely with VPs, Directors, and Account Managers to develop reporting Specific to their needs. Accomplishments: Converted over 400 Stored Procedures from the Oracle to the MSSQL environment.

Accomplishments: Development Lead for the PN (Proactive Notification) system. Proactive Notification is a Java/Oracle based GUI application used by both internal and external clients to report and track events associated with large commercial accounts. Converted and rewrote the application from .net to java. Added support to broaden the application base to include multiple new user interfaces.

Team lead for the iStars (International Statistical Tracking and Reporting system). This system is a Web CGI based GUI running in a UNIX environment using Oracle. IStars is used to balance

switch mediation data, and to provide visibility for financial audit groups and production support teams.

Team lead for the CBE (Common Back End) system. This system provides a common platform for mediation systems. It reformats wholesale resale switch data and delivers the data to billing systems, and financial audit groups. Lead Developer on LTS (Local Traffic System). This system receives raw local switch data and then reformats and rates the data. Date is delivered to billing and financial audit groups. Team lead for the ARCH (Automated returns call handler) system. This system formats and returns Outcollect data to LECs and CMDS. Developer for the Mover system. This system tracks customer disconnects, and links them to new LEC installs.

Project lead for the Gold Cash project. This system provided a PC based data entry GUI that allows users to price and enter commitment data for mortgages. The system is responsible for capturing and tracking over six hundred million dollars a day in mortgage commitments. It was the first Freddie Mac client server system using Visual Basic, C++, UNIX, perl, and Sybase. Senior developer for the Freddie Answer system. This system is a Voice recognition system which allows customers to query information on their Freddie Mac accounts via the phone. It used CICS and IMS on the backend. Senior developer on the Mortgage loan system. This system stored all mortgage and lender information for Freddie Mac mortgages. It provided online visibility for internal users as well as tracking and accounting of all mortgages.

June 1988-June 1990 National Bank of Washington Alexandria, VA Programmer/Analyst Solely responsible for all development, and support of the National Bank of Washington ATM host software. The system is a real time application running under CICS/VS using command level COBOL for all online functions, with nightly batch processing providing reporting, interface extracts, and limited batch file maintenance. Assembler language is used for message formatting and DES key encryption. Accomplishments: Developed software to allow the branch automation of ATM card issuance. Modified ATM and Cardholder software to process in a multi-bank environment, and converted the newly acquired Maryland bank onto the system. Developed a cardholder maintenance batch subsystem which reduced file sizes (and processing time) by over 50%. April 1986-June 1988 First American Data Services Reston, VA Programmer/Analyst Responsibilities included support and enhancement of First American Banks financial applications software, specifically their Demand deposit, Savings, and Credit line applications. Accomplishments: Installation of the New York, Washington, and Virginia banks onto CA's Combined deposit system (DDA, Savings, and Credit line application systems).

Developed a subsystem to balance all work through the Combined Deposit system. Documented the system and implemented all phases through the training of the users. Recognized as the Banking Systems outstanding performer for fourth quarter 1987.
