1. A cantilever of Isection is built in at one end and twisted by a couple Mt applied at the other end. Find the angle of twist and maximum Bending Moment in the anges. As shown in Figure 1 [16]

5. Obtain the bending stress by resolving along two rectangular axes passing thro centroid. As shown in Figure 5. [16]

Figure 5 6. Derive the internal shear ow system and twist for the following section subjected to 20,000 N-Cm. Assume shear modulus, G = 20 GPa. Assume thickness = 1 mm. As shown in Figure 6. [16]
