CONDITIONING

is the implementation of certain specific ideas with or without ones critical conditions.

SKINNER(1971)father of behaviorism goss for operant(Effective Conditioning) Have argues against the traditional notion of freedom and dignity of the human being.

Skinner says that those who champions freedom and dignity in their concern for autonomous man perform only in effective conditioning.

Example: teacher waiting for the student to respond rather than telling him what to do or to say. He can only help the students learn. How? By simply encourage the student to make opinion about to your topics or lesson.

The Behavior of the Child develops until reaches maturity The teacher, parents, guardian of student will serve as a counselor and shape the child to accelerate the process or direct it to certain goal. The guidance of each can control the child.
