    LASER CUT STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE PRINTER SETTING

    1. Click Plot icon.

    Plot Model sub menu will appear. In Page setup mode, select <Previous plot>

    3. After that, click Properties...

    4. Plotter Configuration Editor-ILS3NM sub menu will appear, click Custom Properties.

    5. In ILS-3NM sub menu, set the laser Power% and Speed% by highlighting the color. Make sure click Setup after every change has been made. PPI is no need to change.

    6. Click Job. In Cut & Engrave Setup, select the color to be cut follows the drawing. 7. After complete and confirm, click OK. 8. Plotter Configuration Editor-ILS3NM sub menu will appear again, click OK.

    9. Confirm Printer/Plotter name is ILS-3NM, Paper size is LTT ILS3NM 660 X 495 mm, Plot scale is 1:1 and Plot offset is Center the plot. 10. After confirmation, click Window< to select print area.

    11. Highlight the entire template in AutoCAD window. Makesure the highlight area is cover all template area. ( Please switch ON OSNAP function in AutoCAD. OSNAP function located at the bottom of AutoCAD Window ). OSNAP ON OSNAP OFF

    12. After that click Preview in Plot Model menu. 13. In preview mode, make sure ONLY drawing of part that want to cut appear in print area. Makesure NO unwanted lines appear in that selected area. 14. Then, click Plot icon.

    15. The data has been transfer to Laser Machine.
