LEANDRO'S TIPS

Remain lifted in your torso and lengthen your spine. Touch the toe lightly to the floor and lift the leg as high as possible.

the gluteus minimus to lift and the gluteus medius to shape the side of your thighs, giving your butt a more rounded, shapely appearance.

Targets:

LEANDRO'S TIPS
Cross the working leg behind the supporting leg as much as possible while squeezing your inner thighs. Squeeze the butt cheek at the top of the movement as you press the heel high up toward the ceiling.
the gluteus minimus to lift your butt and the gluteus medius to give the glutes a carved, rounded appearance. Also tones the abdominals and shapes the legs.
