Rationale

: This proposal considers sports league and tournament as one of the key early activity invention in line with its overall Sport and Cultural Development management strategy. It also help advance the idea of creating a network of kabataan across barangay Jimili-an and other barangays. Whereas the SK Fund is short and not enough to support this activity.

Objective

: 1. Recognizing that management strategy to elude our youth from emerging vices
(such as: drugs, frat conflict, etc.) is often subject to the complex issues associated with good governance 2. To develop Sportsmanship 3. To promote good relation to other people. 4. To develop their ability and potentials.
