Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention about your employees , from your The Tipton Hotel & Restaurant 4* , because they were rude , they do not know how to handle a person and do not know anything about respect .
Firstly , I would like to say that I had a dinner with my family at your Restaurant , and the waiter was rude with us , he was very bossy , and if we asked for something , he does not give that thing to us , even if we would pay for It . I think that this lack of respect can not be supported in a for stars Restaurant . The waiter was not the biggest problem , because my son , after two hours after he eated from you , he threw up and feel sick almost all day .
On the other hand , I would like to say that I dont necessary want my money back , but I would really appreciate if you wil fire the chef cook and the waiter , because I am thinking about other families which happened the same things . I would require a downgrade for you hotel , from 4 stars to 3 stars plus , thing that I will do if you will not give me back a letter of apology from you .
I trust this metter will recive your immediate attention and you will do the best thing possible . I am sorry if I disappointed you , but I just do not like what happened there.
