    Above tables shows the geological conditions of an opencast project which is proposed to give 12mty and is supposed to be worked in two sections as specified. Now answer following: 1.detail of the method with dimensions 2. Give a full description of the appropriate type of machines you are going to use, their specifications, numbers and their method of operations for an annual production of 12 MT. 3. For the mining method you are proposing, enumerate the adverse impact of this mining on the environment of the area also suggest measures to minimize them. Overburden consists of mostly loose sandstone and in the partings there are shaly sandstones. Coal is of F grade (UHV around 2400 K.Cal/Kg). (The density of coal, sandstone, limestone etc can be logically assumed but has to be clearly mentioned.)
