(knitted and crocheted neckwarmer) I love this tousy cowl, it is so soft and warm, I wore it during the whole winter. The pattern is very easy, ideal for beginner and it is a fast project with chunky yarn. The cowl is knitted and its edges are crocheted

You need: Yarn: 4 skeins ( 4 x 50 g) of Barka Szerpentin Pingvin superwash merinowool Knitting needle: 10 mm / 15 US (circular) Crochet hook: 10 mm / N/P Size: 55 cm x 15 cm / 21,7 in x 5,9 in (knitted part) + 2 x 5 cm / 2 x 2 in (crocheted edges)

Cast on 100 stitches, and knit in stockinette stitches round and round. You need 2 skeins for the knitted part of the cowl, this is approximately 19 rows. Bind off the 20th row. Join the yarn to the last knitted stitch. Crochet 7 chains and join it with slipstitch between the last and the next knitted stitches. *Crochet 7 chains and make 1 slipstitch between the next knitted stitches.* Repeat * * until you reach the beginning of crochet. Repeat the crocheted part on the other edge of the cowl. Hide the yarnends in the fabric.
