    Minutes of March 6, 2012


    I. Call to Order: Peter Parker, John Kollmorgen, Kelly Parrott and Susan Grant Library Director were present. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm. New Business: The group reviewed the presentation for the evenings budget committee. The topics to be presented at the Budget Committee will include: Town Administration vs. Library Administration Payroll Services Health Insurance Staff Salaries Meeting Adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 6:49 pm. All trustees and the Library Director went to the Budget Committee meeting to speak on the proposed 2012 Budget for a second time. The next Trustees meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 8, 2011 at 5:30pm.
