Dear Peter and Mary, Since I received your phone call, I look forward your visit impatiently.

I think that it will be exciting to show you this beautiful city and I expect that, at the end of your trip, you love this city as much as I do. When we talked, you asked me about what Spanish people consider good and bad manners. First of all you should know that Spanish people are very friendly, so you must salute always when you are in a closed place. In addition, when you are asking for things you should always use por favor (please) although in Granada lots of people never use it!. Finally remember than in Granada you mustnt drink alcohol in the streets, so you should drink alcohol only when youre in a bar. Another important thing that you should know is the places that you mustnt miss in your visit. Obviously you must visit the Alhambra!. You should know that is very difficult to buy tickets there, so you should buy it on their web site. If you dont do that, you might have problems to visit it. Secondly I suggest you to go to Sierra Nevada and practice ski. You have to pay for a ticket and even a parking, but Im sure youll enjoy it. You dont have to carry your skis because you can rent it there. And remember that you will be in a Natural Park, so you mustnt throw away any garbage!. Finally you should try our tapas bar, where you dont have to pay for the food, only for the drink!. Thats all for now. As soon as I can I will send you more information about Granada. Best wishes.
