Abstract
The company in which I m doing SIP is Tyresoles (India) Pvt.Ltd. Tyresoles is the leading tyre retreading company in India. And has more than 6 decades of experience in the field of retreading. Tyresoles started as a unit of Anglo-Thai Corporation and was acquired by the Sah & Sanghi in 1973. The Belgaum factory was established in 1984. The company has seen year-on-year sales growth of 30% for the last two years and is projecting sales growth of 50% for the next year. The research topic is Study On Ratio Analysis

Objective
The following are the important objectives of the study: To evaluate the performance of the tyresoles in terms of ratio analysis. To know the liquidity, leverage,activity and profitability ratios of the company. To do the financial analysis of the tyresoles. To know the impact of various assets and liabilities on financial performance of the tyresoles. To know the competitive advantage.

Proposed Methodology
The methodology is used for collection of the data. Our main requirement of the study is about different types of ratios of the company. Primary Data : For the purpose of study profit and loss account and balance sheet are collected through contact of officials of the firm Secondary data : Here the secondary data are collected through the annual report of the company, pamphlets and broachers

Schedule The project has started from 20th July, 2011. The time frame is Monday to Saturday from morning 9 am to 5 pm.
