CHECKS , OPERATION 1- Cylinder head, Gearbox screws tightening torque. 2- Check valves abnormal noise. 3- Check tension of belts 4- Check fuel tank, pipes injection leakage. 5- Check exhaust: Screw tightening, air leakage. 6- Check abnormal noise of engine, gearbox. 7- Check and adjust hand brake. 8- Check Clutch, brake, accelerator pedals. 9- Check brake pipes, brake fluid (fill if necessary). 10- Check the air condition system, leakage, gas. CHECKS , OPERATION

11- Check steering system, adjust wheel and balance. 12- Front suspension screw tightening torque check. 13- Check front suspension, repair noises. 14- Check front and rear shock absorbers. CHECKS , OPERATION 15- Check the heater, wiper, lighting and wiper switches , horn , signal light ,central locking , instrument panel functioning. 16- Check front and rear light, adjust head lights. 17- Check the doors, interior and trunk lights. 18- Check the ACU, electric antenna. 19- Check the Accumulator and connections. 20- Check the engine cooling system fans. CHECKS , OPERATION 21- Adjust (straight) doors. 22- Check doors, windows and trunk weather-strip. 23- Check the door panels, mirrors, glass lifts. 24- Check the safety bells. 25- Check the seals. 26- Check water and wind penetration. 27- Check the glasses. CHECKS , OPERATION

1- Check and fill (if necessary): Engine oil, Gearbox oil. 2- Check and fill (if necessary): Cooling system, Check pipes. Check and fill (if necessary): Steering hydraulic pump Check and fill (if necessary): Washer liquid, Washer jets.
