This years event: Saturday April 21, 2012 Booth RSVP form due: March 1, 2012

Reserve your booth space today! Directions: Download & save this PDF form to your computer. Complete it and re-save on your computer. Then return the PDF as an email attachment. We will send you an email confirmation right away. Note: The first floor of Jesse Hall allows for about 25 displays. Space is reserved on a first come-first served basis. We will create a wait list once we reach capacity. Not all of the booth spaces have electricity, so reserve a space early! Each space has an 8-foot table. We make signs for each booth; please include a kid-friendly title!
