Metal caps twist off type are produced in hi-tech line from high quality two sides electrolyte tinned
iron sheets.
There is a possibility, on customer request, the metal caps to be made with a vacuum gauge or a
vacuum button and to utilize them for shutting off jars with helical throat diameter 38 to 100 mm.
The caps twist off type are intended for preparing of tinned foods by high temperature treatment
to 105o C and pastorization to 121o C .The varnish and the plastizol comply with the requirements of
Resolution for the customer health, which prescribe materials in contact with foods - USFDACFR Section
175.300. These materials are products of leading producer in Europe.
The caps are with:
Inner side covered by first or ground coat and hold varnish with a good resistance to aggressive foods.
They ensure excellent adhesion with the plastizol ring, which seals the helical throat of the jar.
Outer side treated with cover varnish and ink, which contribute to the product outer appearance.
Lytographical print is made on costumer project
The production of the metal caps twist off type is certificated in accordance of ISO 9001/2000,
HACCP OHSAS 18001/2001.

high quality print on metal sheets. The maximum dimensions of the sheets are 1025 mm x 900 mm
and the thickness 0,15 mm to 0,4 mm.
