I could improve my view of the contents of a cell by viewing cells with a highpowered electron microscope (either TEM or SEM). Electron microscopes produce realistic three-dimensional images. With these, microscopes, you are able to view organisms hundreds of thousands of times. The only down side is that you can only see the organism by taking a photograph of it or viewing it on a computer monitor. It is also helpful to have clean lenses and slides. You can also view cells better under microscopes by dyeing them and viewing them with a fluorescence microscope.
