    3. (a) With the help of flow sheet diagram classify machining processes. (b) Define Chip. There are how many types of chips, list their names and define any one of them. 4. (a) Describe drilling process and with the help of figure show standard geometry of a twist drill and label its parts. (b) Define any two of the following drilling operations: a. Reaming b. Tapping c. Counter boring d. Spot facing 5. (a) Describe the working principles of metal working lathe machine. (b) Threading and Taper turning are lathe related operations, describe both the operations. 6. (a) Differentiate hot working and cold working, brief their merits. (b) What is the function of reheating furnaces during hot working. Explain these furnaces in detail. 7. (a) Explain in detail Extrusion and Wire drawing.
