Then join the MN Direct Democracy Project! The MN Direct Democracy Project is an open forum where community members from every walk of life and political affiliation can work together to produce model bills and policy recommendations for state and federal government. Anyone can join. In the process, you'll have the opportunity to learn all of the political ins-and-outs around your issue, meet fellow citizens as passionate about changing their community as you are, and advocate for substantive political changes. The project includes a team of advocates with years of experience at the capitol dedicated to helping you master the political process and make the most of your idea. The forum can also be used to plan strategic protests with organizations across the state. Take control of your government and make democracy work for you!
