FRANCIS NGURU NGUMBA BIODATA Ngumba Francis Nguru is a 27 year old Kenyan male who is currently taking pursuing

a Masters degree hisin Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and Resource Management at Moi University having already attained an undergraduate degree in the same course in 2007. He has worked for NIC Bank where he served as a credit assistant for two and a half years, working in the various sections within the credit department that involved credit management of all bank loans. Francis is a self driven, self motivated social worker who is keen on encouraging and empowering young people to discover their potential. This he does by giving motivational talk in his home church and by visiting childrens homes. He is also participating as a young adult leader in Be the Change Kenya NGO, to advocate for the childrens homes within the community to interest groups. He also worked with General Motors as a material handler and there-after worked with Hyde Park Communications to help in organizing events and trainings for companies as theywe hosted the ose being trainedparticipants. and for General Motors as a material handler before getting into NIC Bank after his undergraduate. Francis was active in the Christian Union both in High School as a prayer co-coordinator and in campus as he was the prayer co-ordinator in high school and had joined the the praise and worship and and drama ministries in campus in campus. This he hopes to impact on children by establishing a childrens home which will cater for the needs of orphans and neglected children within the community.
