Note: Since there are an odd number of days in the week, a routine like this would, naturally, 'float'. For example, after a week as descriped above, Monday would be a rest day, and the
program would begin on Tuesday.

At his physical peak: AM would be bike, then treadmill, then one body part with weights. PM is one other body part with weights. One day a week is for power/mass. Works each body part 3 times a week.
