Dear Sirs, We have examined the annexed balance sheet as at 31st December 2005 with notes Thereto of Bangladesh Maize Products Ltd. As prepared and produced to us for our examination and we report that: A.) To the best of our knowledge & Belief, we have obtained all the information and explanations which were necessary for the purpose of the audit. In our opinion, a. The balance sheet exhibits a true and fair view of the state of the company affairs at 31st December 2005 contain all the information in the manner required by the company act 1994. b. Proper books of account as required by the law were maintained by the company so far as appeared from our examination. c. The balance sheet is in agreement with the books of account maintained by the company and examined by us; and d. The balance sheet has been drawn up in conformity with the companies act 1994.
