AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER Upon consideration of the parties competing proposed scheduling orders, it is ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment will be due April 20, 2012. 2. Defendants opposition and cross motion for summary judgment, if any, with a combined memorandum in support of both will be due May 18, 2012. 3. Plaintiffs combined reply and opposition to the cross motion for summary judgment will be due June 8, 2012. 4. Defendants reply to the opposition to the cross motion for summary judgment (which may not repeat arguments already briefed) will be due June 15, 2012. 5. No surreplies may be filed. 6. The parties may cite any materials in the Administrative record and any materials produced in discovery in support of their motions. Any motion to extend a deadline set by the Court must be filed at least two business days prior to the date to be extended, and must be supported by good cause. Motions that do not

comply with this requirement, including consent motions, will be denied absent a statement demonstrating good cause for the failure to do so. SO ORDERED.
