Madam: May I respectfully request from your good office to offer this semester the subject Health Assessment considering that I could not take it up this semester that would be the only hindrance for me not to graduate in my current course. I am presently enrolled as a fourth year Nursing student at Naval State University. I had been enrolled as a transferee during the first semester. It took up my first three years of the said course at Cebu Doctors University, and considering that subject was not offered on the said school. My dilemma came up as when I started in this school, as it turned out that the subject is being offered during summer only to first year students. It is in that light that I am fervently requesting your good office to offer the said subject in the hope that I could graduate together with my classmates this March 2012.
