    8 Notarized NOC Letter from husband/parents if wife/children traveling without husband/parents or death certificate if applicable. 9 If Child is below 18 years of age then the Father has to Sign on the Visa Application form also 10 Advance Cheque of Rs.45,000/- in the name of COMFORT HOLIDAYS NOTE: IF THERE IS A SIGNATURE DIFFERENCE THEN YOU WILL BE CALLED BY THE CONSULATE TO VERIFY AND THIS IS MANDATORY
