WATER INGRESS

I cant analyze the correct installation of the product because of lack of photos and illustrations on the type of connection and waterproof protection systems for them.

With reference to the POS_1: 12pcs delivered T2 102cm the result of the check is: 1pc is on short circuit for ingress of water in the cable. The 3 wires conductors are without insulation of the cable. Only polyolefin heatshrink tubing not allow a proper use for the water isolation. The water sink through the wires and cause a short-circuit.

POS_2: 12pcs delivered T2 50cm the result of the check is: 1pc product is with the cable cut off from the circuit of the board led during the installation of the product. The product is switch off.

- All the products are without the identification labels - All the pieces are in bad mechanical condition. The cable is cut near the product. - All the products used bad joints connections. The wires are oxidized and the water flows through the core conductors

Conclusion: Water has penetrated inside the product through the cables because of bad joints connection of the installation. The ingress of water has spread throughout the product through conductive traces and caused short circuit and overheating of them with possibility of burning of the board LED.
