are for one Small Snowflake. Repeat for all Small Snowflakes in your project. All seams are a scant 1/4". - Sew the spline side of a 'snowflake section with spline' to a section without. The top of the snowflake sections, indicated by an arrow in Diagram 1 should meet in a straight line. The white spline will extend below the point of the Diagram 1 sections as shown in Diagram 1. Press toward the spline. - Add another spline section as shown in Diagram 2. Press seams toward the white spline. This is half of a small snowflake. Trim any excess fabric along the center of the snowflake. - Repeat for the second half of the snowflake. From the snowflake fabric cut one 3/4" x 7" strip. Sew the strip to one snowflake half. Press toward the narrow strip. Trim excess strip at the bottom of the snowflake section. Sew the other half of the snowflake to the center segment and trim. Press toward the narrow strip. Diagram 2
