INTRODUCTION

Case is about managers behavior at his interest or known place. This case is of US-based Hydro Generation Company(HG) operating

in Uganda.
Charles Martin is manager and he is given a project on dam which is

going to be built in Uganda.


Case is narrated by Vice-President James Green and is saying about

Martins behavior and problems they had to face there.
