Standard Terms and Conditions 2. Service Provider 2.1. The service provider is Khafo Tours and Transport Services cc, registration number 2007/13457/23 3. Confirmation of Bookings 3.1. Once a Registration Form has been completed and submitted by the parent, Khafo Tours and Transport will send a confirmation sms to the parent. The sms confirmation will contain the relevant information required for transporting the child to the destination. 4. Payment Terms 4.1. Payment of fees to be paid to Khafo Tours and Transport Services on or before the first day of child pickup commencement. 4.2. The cut-off date for the payment is on the 7th of every month. Should we not receive the payment on or before the specified date the child/adults shall automatically be excluded from traveling with Khafo Tours and Transport Services 4.3 The payments of transport fees are 12 calendar months including December. 4.4 A refundable R350 holding deposit is paid in advance 5. Included from Pricing 5.1. All pricing is inclusive of traveling during the sports days but excluding After Care 6. Registration 6.1. Registration is done by completing the registration form as specified in section 3.1 6.2. Pick up times starts promptly at 5:30 and the parent will be advised about the pickup time change once the pattern has been observed. 6.3. Children must be accompanied by an adult person during the pickup times 7. Re-scheduling of Transport 7.1. Dates for re-scheduling transport should be submitted in writing or done telephonically to Khafo Tours and Transport Services more than 24 hours before unless in an emergency situation. In the event of this not happening, a fee of R50 will be charged. 7.2. Khafo Tours and Transport Services reserve the right to reschedule or cancel trips at its discretion. Should this be the case, the parent will be advised at least two working days in advance via fax / email And telephonically. 7.3. Khafo Tours and Transport Services cannot be held responsible should a child: 7.3.1. Arrive late at the pickup point 7.3.2. Be on an inappropriate pickup point without our knowledge 8. Transport Cancellations 8.1. All cancellations are to be received in writing 8.2. Children not arriving for pickup without a written cancellation will be charged the full price.

8.3. You may cancel your registration, in writing, and a 30 working days notice shall be served 8.4. 30 days notice shall be wavered if a suitable substitute is provided by the Parent. 9. Parents and Childrens Responsibilities

9.1. Khafo Tours and Transport Services reserves the right to exclude children from traveling due to disorderly conduct. No offensive or discriminatory language and/ or behavior will be tolerated. 9.2. Khafo Tours and Transport Services reserve the right to exclude children due to persistent late arrival. The cut-off time is 5 minutes after the normal pickup time, unless an arrangement for exceptional cases has been made with us beforehand, this is to avoid getting other children late to school. 9.3. Khafo Tours and Transport Services cannot be held responsible where negligent behavior has resulted in loss or damage to the property of the children. 9.5. It is the childrens responsibility to ensure that their property are well taken care off 9.6. Children are encouraged to immediately report any problems with their parents about the discriminatory language, offensive language and or arrogant behavior by the driver. Should this request not be handled satisfactorily with the driver, please forward the details to the Managing Director, Khafo Tours and Transport Services 10. Car Housekeeping Rules 10.1. Luncheon No lunch (eating and drinking) will be allowed inside the car 10.2 Smoking NO smoking is allowed in the car, if such case occurs please encourage children to report this incidents as soon as possible to Managing partner, Khafo Tours and Transport Services 10.3. Cars Cleanliness - Cars must always be clean, any untidiness must be reported immediately 10.4. No pets are allowed in the car 11. Commitment 11.1. Every effort is made to provide your children with a secure, reliable traveling experience and to assist them in realizing the easy way to getting to school. However, Khafo Tours and Transport Services cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control such as Strikes causing road blockage, Traffic due to closed routes and Punctures etc. 12. Annual Price Review 12.1. Khafo Tours and Transport Services reviews its pricing annually and hereby reserves the right to implement new price effective from the any time when it deems fit. Ad hoc price increases due to exchange rate fluctuation and Petrol cost changes will be passed on as and when applicable. 12.2 Price Model less than 10KM Radius
