GUIDELINES FOR THE GROUP REPORT

Read the assigned part of the Constitution then choose a provision or set of provisions on which your report will be based. Based on your reading, decide on the topic that will highlight how the chosen provision / provisions of the Constitution are fulfilled or not fulfilled. The topic should be trimmed down by an issue to be decided likewise by the group.

B)STRUCTURE OF THE REPORT

INTRODUCTION: Provide an overview of the article. If the article is lengthy, categorize sections which can be bundled under similar theme. JUSTIFICATION: Explain the choice of the group for the article, topic and issue being reported. The group must likewise identify the problem addressed by the report. The problem may be in declarative or interrogative form. DISCUSSION PROPER: In this part, the group should be able to show among others:

b) parallel constitutional references c) different perspectives relevant to the issue

CONCLUSION: Based on their appreciation of the different perspectives and information on the issue at hand, the group should conclude by putting forward their own take on the matter. The conclusion should likewise be in consonance with their stated problem.
