    Ramos is writing this letter on the matter of a failure to appear in my behalf and I will like to apologize for all the miss communication. The date I was release from SCJ, I also been detain by ICE. I am sending some proof of why I wasnt able to be present for my hearing. Record of Deportable / Inadmissible Alien. Shows the date of 9/13/11 when I got release from SCJ and arrested by immigration. Immigration Court. Also shows that a month later I was order to be remove from the US by 11/21/11 but I was remove by I have been here in Mxico since then. That is why I respectfully asking this honorable court to granted me a cancelation for the warrant for my arrest, till I have fix my situation with immigration, I have a daughter a fianc and all my family in the states, that`s why I have all the intention to go back and take care of my responsibility.
