EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The 45 days summer training in the HDFC STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY Ltd. I am thankful to my Institute and the HDFC SLIC for opening my doors towards such as prestigious moves in corporate world where the first step of fresher is like A Dream Comes True and hence the opportunity for competition at such a renowned platform.

This project has been a great learning experience for me; at the same time it gave me enough scope to implement my analytical ability. This project gives an insight about the insurance Sector and its various aspects. It is purely based on whatever I learned at HDFC SLIC. One can have a brief knowledge about insurance sector and all its basics through the project.

The training gives an insight about the insurance and its various aspects. It is purely based on whatever I learned at The HDFC STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY Ltd. One can have a brief knowledge about insurance sector and all its basics through the project.

The Summer Training was basically to know that how they are working take place in all the function of their prestigious organization. On the whole it was a great experience and a great learning where I could not only learn the basic but more important then that was the environment that I got there, it full of young hard workers who are not only dedicated to the work but are more inclined towards making the atmosphere jolly. I like policies of insurance to organize the structure to meet the challenges of changing environment and good customer services, new schemes, modernize office equipment etc.
